Donations:
If you are a hospital, cancer center or a not-for-profit organization serving under served and un-insured breast cancer patients and you would like to be added to our quarterly donation program to possibly receive SOFTEEŽ Prosthetic Recovery Camisoles at no cost, please fill out the application form below.
Your name will automatically be added to our donation list and you will be notified if a shipment is scheduled.
Grants:
Ladies First works closely with the United Breast Cancer Foundation to provide non-profit organizations and medical facilities grant dollars for no-cost SOFTEEŽ TWO Recovery Camisoles. If your organization serves under served and un-insured women scheduled for breast cancer surgery and you are interested in becoming eligible to receive free SOFTEEŽ garments, please fill out the form below to apply.
